Creative Director

As a Creative Director at our company, you will be responsible for leading the brands creative vision to create impactful campaigns and seamless brand experiences. You will play a key role in defining the brands visual and narrative identity, conceptualizing and executing innovative campaigns, leading and mentoring a creative team, overseeing content production, collaborating with cross-functional teams, staying ahead of trends, and balancing creativity with measurable business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Define and evolve the brands visual and narrative identity across digital and offline channels. - Conceptualize and execute innovative campaigns for D2C and B2C markets. - Lead and mentor an in-house creative team of designers, copywriters, and content creators. - Oversee production of photoshoots, videos, and digital content. - Work closely with marketing, product, and e-commerce teams for creative consistency. - Stay ahead of design, cultural, and industry trends. - Balance creative excellence with measurable business goals and KPIs. Qualifications Required: - 3 years of experience in creative roles in fashion, FMCG, retail, or similar industries. - Strong portfolio showcasing innovative campaigns and brand storytelling. - Proven experience in managing creative teams and external agencies. - Hands-on expertise in digital-first brand building for D2C and B2C models. - Deep understanding of consumer psychology, market trends, and competitive landscape. - Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
