Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Creative Director based in Jaipur. The Creative Director will oversee end-to-end creative processes, including conceptualizing, designing, and executing unique event experiences. Responsibilities will include leading the creative team, developing design concepts, collaborating with clients to bring their visions to life, and ensuring each event aligns with the company's standard of luxury and artistry. The Creative Director will also manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Event Design, Creative Concept Development, and Luxury Brand Aesthetics
• Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to guide creative teams and collaborate across departments
• Strong understanding of Visual and Experiential Design principles
• Exceptional Communication, Client Relationship Management, and Presentation skills
• Experience in Project Management, Budget Planning, and Vendor Coordination
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering premium experiences
• Proficiency in design tools or software is a plus, along with a solid portfolio of creative work
• Relevant degree or certifications in Design, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field preferred
