What You Will Do:
- Oversee all design requirements for content marketing, product marketing, performance marketing, branding, website conversion rate optimization and beyond.
- Own design excellence and scale the design function globally.
- Lead, coach and inspire a group of Marketing designers; manage their KPIs, performance and career development
- Ensure design needs across 30 countries from US to Australia, from UK to Singapore are met on time and on budget
- Manage a large group of freelance designers and agencies
- Establish efficient design processes that will help us scale our efforts globally
- Conceptualize, design and execute Marketing initiatives, continuously raising the bar for yourself and the team
- Lead/work on projects covering all design requirements for content marketing, product marketing, performance marketing, branding, website conversion rate optimization, landing pages, email, social media and more
- Manage and deliver a diverse range of overlapping design projects including graphic design, video, motion and illustration
- Define “what’s next” to ensure latest design trends and best practices are reflected in our designs.
What You Will Need:
- Apply 8+ years of experience as a hands on design lead
- Maintain an excellent eye for typography and layout
- Utilize fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent, Sketch, and Figma
- Act assertively, proactively, empathetically, and forward-looking
- Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize overlapping tasks/projects
- Demonstrate obsession with details and a strong eye for alignment
- Proven ability to think conceptually to solve design problems proactively
- Follow the latest design trends in visual, digital, and graphic design
- Communicate fluently in English
