🧩 Key Responsibilities

Client Interaction & Communication

• Handle inbound & outbound calls for luxury travel and premium event enquiries
• Maintain a warm, confident, and professional communication tone
• Manage WhatsApp Business chats, voice notes & email follow-ups

Sales Support & Lead Management

• Explain high-value curated packages with clarity
• Convert warm leads into strong prospects with consistent follow-up
• Maintain daily lead sheets, trackers & basic CRM

Coordination

• Coordinate internally with the Sales & Events team for bookings and confirmations
• Maintain booking details, client preferences & documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in

  hospitality, travel, events, or premium customer service

• Excellent communication in

  English & Hindi

• Calm, confident & customer-focused personality
• Strong follow-up & relationship-building skills
• Presentable communication tone — no aggressive calling

💰 Salary & Benefits

• ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
