About the Role

We’re looking for a highly creative and strategic thinker to lead our brand’s creative vision across all customer touchpoints. As the Creative Director, you will own the brand’s storytelling, design aesthetics, and content strategy to deliver impactful campaigns and seamless brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Identity: Define and evolve the brand’s visual and narrative identity across digital and offline channels.

Campaign Development: Conceptualize and execute innovative campaigns (launches, seasonal, influencer collaborations, etc.) for D2C and B2C markets.

Creative Leadership: Lead and mentor an in-house creative team of designers, copywriters, and content creators.

Content Oversight: Oversee production of photoshoots, videos, and digital content ensuring alignment with brand values.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to ensure creative consistency and ROI-driven campaigns.

Trend & Consumer Insights: Stay ahead of design, cultural, and industry trends to ensure fresh, relevant creative ideas.

Performance-Driven Creativity: Balance creative excellence with measurable business goals and KPIs.

Requirements

3 years of experience in creative roles (fashion, FMCG, retail, or similar consumer-facing industries).

Strong portfolio showcasing innovative campaigns and brand storytelling.

Proven experience in managing creative teams and external agencies.

Hands-on expertise in digital-first brand building for D2C and B2C models.

Deep understanding of consumer psychology, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
