Job Title: Product Manager (Mid-Level) Work Location: Hyderabad/Madurai Time Zone Requirement: 3 PM to 1AM IST Work Mode: Work from office -(Mon to Fri) Remuneration: Competitive Salary + Incentives Total Experience : 3 to 5 years in IT (Core product management) Role Summary We are seeking a Mid-Level Product Manager to support the planning, development, and enhancement of our SaaS-based product offerings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, QA, operations, and design, to ensure the delivery of valuable, user-focused features. The ideal candidate has experience managing 2–3 end-to-end products , a strong academic background, and excellent communication and presentation skills. This is a hands-on role that demands strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a drive to execute ideas from concept to delivery. Key Responsibilities Product Ownership & Development Drive product initiatives from ideation through release, including storyboarding, writing detailed user stories, defining product requirements, and setting clear acceptance criteria. Collaborate with design teams to create high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes to communicate product concepts. Work closely with engineering to translate requirements into technical execution, anticipate roadblocks, and provide timely clarifications. Maintain and contribute to the product roadmap (Now–Next–Later), aligning with business strategy and user feedback. Use Agile tools (e.g., JIRA) to support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and progress tracking. Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as a key liaison between product, engineering, support, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and execution. Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge sharing to enhance team efficiency and reduce miscommunication. Support go-to-market planning and coordinate activities for product launches. Qualifications Total IT experience should be 3–5 years in core product management, preferably within a SaaS environment. Hands-on experience managing 2–3 full product lifecycles . Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Strong expertise in writing user stories, product specs, and acceptance criteria. Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence , or similar tools. Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. Above 65% in all academics; MBA preferred .
