Role Overview:

Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement product strategies aligned with company objectives and market dynamics.
  
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform product positioning.
  
• Drive brand planning, promotional campaigns, and sales tools development.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and R&D.
  
• Monitor and analyze product performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and pricing strategies for assigned products.
  
• Lead product launch planning and execution, including training and internal alignment.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  
• 3–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical product management or brand management.
  
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical market trends, regulatory requirements, and commercial strategies.
  
• Proven track record of successful product launches and brand performance.
  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
