Job Title: Product Manager II

Location: Noida

Responsibilities:


Product Strategy & Roadmap:

Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for our web and mweb platforms, aligning with overall business objectives. Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on market research, user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.


SEO Expert:

Be the internal expert on SEO. Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (technical, on-page, off-page) to improve organic search rankings, increase organic traffic, and enhance search visibility across all relevant keywords. Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithm changes and industry trends.


  • User Experience (UX) & Conversion Optimization:

    Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to ensure an intuitive, engaging, and high-converting user experience across web and mweb. Utilize A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to continuously optimize conversion funnels and key performance indicators.
  • Content Management System (CMS) Integration & Optimizatio

    n: Work closely with content teams and engineering to optimize the use of our CMS for content delivery, SEO, and user experience. Understand the technical capabilities and limitations of CMS platforms and drive improvements related to content structure, discoverability, and publishing workflow

  • Requirements Gathering & Prioritization:

    Translate user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Effectively prioritize backlog items to ensure efficient development cycles and timely delivery of feature

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

    Work seamlessly with engineering, design, marketing, content, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and launch. Act as the primary point of contact for all web, mweb, and SEO related product inquirie

  • Performance Monitoring & Analysis:

    Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of web, mweb, and SEO initiatives. Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and inform future product decision

  • Competitive Analysis:

    Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to identify industry best practices, emerging trends, and potential threats or opportunities in the web, mweb, and SEO landscap

  • Technical Acumen

    : Possess a strong understanding of web technologies and architecture. Be able to communicate effectively with engineers and contribute to technical discussion

Required Skills & Experience:


4-6 years of hands-on product management experience, with a significant focus on web, mobile web, and SEO.

Demonstrated hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas:

SEO:

  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing SEO strategies, with in-depth knowledge of technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword research, link building, and Google Analytics/Search Conso

    le.

Web Development/Engineering (Product-focuse

  • Strong understanding of web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design principles, server-side technologies, APIs) and experience working closely with engineering teams on web product delive

    ry.

Web Analytics & CRO

  • Expertise in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to identify insights, define metrics, and drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives.

Content Management Systems (CMS):

  • Practical experience working with and optimizing content within enterprise-level CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore). Understanding of how CMS impacts SEO and content delivery.
  • Solid understanding of the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
