Product Manager

What You’ll Really Do

• Own product initiatives end-to-end — from clear, sharp PRDs to on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to keep projects moving and unblock issues quickly.
• Drive accountability across stakeholders — ensuring clarity on priorities, ownership, and timelines.
• Use data and user feedback to improve product adoption, fix recurring issues, and prioritize enhancements.
• Leverage AI tools and prompt engineering to build and improve simulations, admin workflows, and gamified learning features.
  

This Role Is For You If You

• Have 2–4 years of product management experience in SaaS or enterprise tech.
• Write detailed, clear PRDs that engineers appreciate.
• Prefer action and outcomes over just planning or discussions.
• Are comfortable handling both technical details and deadlines.
• Hold yourself and your team accountable and close loops consistently.
• Adapt fast to changes without compromising on execution quality.
• Use data to inform decisions and measure success.
• Understand AI as a tool — and know exactly when and how to use it.
• Are excited about learning, gamification, and immersive product experiences.
