About the role
:We are hiring a
Product Manager
who will own
CX systems, AI-first automation, and operational workflows
across the startup. This role is divided into a
focus on Customer Experience
(improving user resolution speed, building AI tools to reducing volume and tools to analyze error logs on our products) and
a broader focus automation
(supply chain visibility, logistics integrations, Ecommerce flows).This is an ideal role for someone who loves
figuring out broken processes, building automations, and using AI to scale operations
— whether it’s in customer support, fulfillment, or e-commerce workflows.
Responsibilities
:Customer Experience
- Own and manage current CX products.
- Design and deploy agentic AI solutions to resolve user concerns automatically (LLM macros, log parsers, auto-RMA decisioning).
- Create weekly “CX Intelligence” reports, feeding recurring issues into product roadmap and engineering backlog.
- Build FAQs, help center improvements, and proactive in-app nudges to reduce ticket creation.
- Track CSAT, auto-resolution %, handle time, and insight-to-fix cycle times.
Operational Automation:
- Supply & Logistics Visibility: Build simple workflows to surface delays, shipment exceptions, and low-inventory alerts.
- Shopify Integrations: Automate refunds, replacements, order status updates, and notifications to users.
- Internal Ops Tooling: Identify repetitive manual tasks across ops, finance, or logistics and automate them (Zapier/Make/API triggers).
- Cross-Functional Projects: Work with Ops, Tech, and Biz teams to pilot new automations that improve efficiency and reduce human error
Requirements:
- Experience: 2–4 years in Product/Automation roles or CX Product roles
- Tier 1 colleges preferred
- Tools Range Preferred: Experience with APIs, Agentic AI solutions, Freshdesk/Freshchat, Shopify, Zapier/Make, power BI / SQL dashboards.
- Technical Comfort: Knows APIs, webhooks, and scripting or data wrangling.
- AI Curiosity: Interested in LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
- Ops Mindset: Can manage ops/logistics teams, understand their pain points, and design simple automated solutions.
- Analytical: Obsessed with root cause analysis and measurable improvements.
- Execution: Fast learner, can run small tests and ship MVP solutions.
