Product Manager

About the Role

We’re building a B2B logistics and marketplace platform powered by ONDC protocols to

enable seamless multi-party discovery, quoting, fulfillment, and settlement.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with deep experience in logistics or

marketplace products, API product ownership, and data-driven decision-making —

someone who can translate complex ONDC protocol flows into intuitive, scalable

customer experiences.

Role Summary

As a Senior Product Manager— Logistics & Marketplaces, you will own the vision,

strategy, roadmap, and execution of logistics and marketplace integrations on the Qwipo

platform.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, data, and business teams — as well as

external logistics partners (LSPs, FAs) — to design and deliver scalable APIs, pricing

engines, and orchestration workflows for multi-party fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery → quote → trip → tracking →

settlement.

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for logistics and marketplace

solutions.

• Work cross-functionally (engineering, design, business, operations, partners) to

deliver data-driven, customer-focused products.

• Translate customer and business needs into clear requirements, user stories,

and acceptance criteria in an Agile environment.

• Map ONDC protocol capabilities into real-world workflows, managing constraints

and error handling.

• Design and own APIs & developer experience, including contracts, SLAs,

versioning, and monitoring.

• Use data analytics and SQL to identify friction points, optimize fulfillment KPIs

(OTD, utilization, cost per delivery, return rate).

• Drive go-to-market, partner onboarding, billing, and dispute automation workflows.

• Lead cross-functional teams through ideation, QA, launch, and iterative

improvement.

• Collaborate with ONDC network partners to ensure compliance and integration

quality.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 6–8 years of product management experience, including 3+ years owning B2B

SaaS or marketplace products.

• Proven track record of building and launching logistics, fulfillment, or

marketplace products.

• Hands-on experience with ONDC protocols or similar open-network integrations.

• Strong API product ownership — contracts, documentation, partner onboarding,

and SLAs.

• Proficient in data analytics and SQL; able to design and interpret dashboards and

KPIs.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; capable of writing

PRDs and presenting to leadership.
