We are Hiring: Senior Consultant – Project Management (Smart City / e-Governance Projects) Location: Gujarat Experience: 8+ Years Employment Type: Full-time We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to lead and manage large-scale CCTV Surveillance, Smart City, or e-Governance projects across their entire lifecycle. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and vendors. Desired Profile: Minimum 8 years of experience in project management related to CCTV surveillance, Smart City, or e-Governance Experience in Primavera, MS Project, and other project management tools Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and ensure service level compliance Strong understanding of networking, storage (SAN/NAS), and IT infrastructure planning Educational Qualification: BE or BTech in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields MCA or equivalent technical degree Preferred certifications include PMP, ITIL, Six Sigma, or Prince2 Key Responsibilities: Coordinate implementation activities with internal teams, vendors, and government stakeholders Track project schedules and SLAs and take corrective actions when needed Conduct GAP analysis, risk management, and escalation handling Prepare capacity planning and continuity strategies for IT infrastructure Oversee service continuity and contingency plans Deliver progress reports and documentation as required Support additional IT or e-Governance tasks as needed Soft Skills: Strong leadership and coordination abilities Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-agency environment Show more Show less
