About the Role

Responsibilities

Translate technical expertise into product vision, strategy, and roadmap ownership.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: requirement gathering, sprint planning, release management, and GTM execution.
Conduct user research, analytics, and A/B testing to identify opportunities and optimize product features.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure scalable, high-performance solutions (API optimization, UX improvements).
Drive growth and retention metrics (DAU/MAU uplift) through feature enhancements and onboarding improvements.
Partner with stakeholders to align product strategy with business goals and revenue targets.
Mentor cross-functional teams, leveraging prior hands-on coding and debugging experience to ensure delivery excellence.

Qualifications

MBA is preferred
B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering

Required Skills

Strong foundation in software development (Android, ERP, workflow systems) with proven transition into product management.
Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint cadence optimization, and release management.
Proficiency in UX wireframing, analytics (Mixpanel, GA4, Firebase, SQL), and stakeholder management.
Ability to balance technical depth with business acumen, ensuring product scalability and market fit.
