Role- Software Engineer/Senior software engineer/IT SpecialistExperience Range- 5 years – 11 yearsTechnologies (Any of these)-1. OpenText content server 20.x and above2. xECM knowledge with SuccessFactors integration3. PowerDocs Document Generation4. SAP SuccessFactors (knowledge level – basic to expert) Good-to-have skill-1. SAP SuccessFactors module knowledge2. SuccessFactors and OpenText integration.3. Good to have OpenText xECM for SuccessFactors certification4. Good to have PowerDocs document generation knowledge5. ITIL process understanding 6. JIRA and confluence Roles & Responsibilities-1. Technical architecture design.2. Well equipped with Customer handling skills and requirement gathering and technical discussion.3. Ability to lead the team4. Coordination with multiple brands and senior level management.5. Project execution and management.6. Can be able to work on cross module requirements.7. Ability to create/maintain technical design documents
