Role Summary
We are building a
next-generation no-code Agentic AI platform
that enables business users to design, deploy, and operate intelligent AI workflows through an intuitive visual interface and consume them via a chat-based experience.We are looking for a
Product Owner with strong GenAI expertise and enterprise domain understanding
who can translate market needs, competitive insights, and technical possibilities into a
clear, prioritized product backlog
. This role sits at the intersection of
AI capabilities, user experience, and business value
, and will work closely with engineering, AI architects, UX, and go-to-market teams.
Key Responsibilities
Product Vision & Strategy
- Own and evolve the product vision and roadmap for a no-code Agentic AI automation platform.
- Identify high-value enterprise and SMB use cases for agentic workflows across functions (HR, Finance, IT Ops, Sales, Support, Compliance, etc.).
- Define product positioning by analyzing market trends, competitor platforms, and emerging AI frameworks.
Market & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct deep competitive benchmarking against platforms such as:
- Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Platform
- UiPath Autopilot / Automation Cloud
- LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen-based platforms
- Identify feature gaps, differentiators, and innovation opportunities.
- Translate market insights into epics, features, and MVP definitions.
Product Backlog Ownership
- Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog aligned to business goals and technical feasibility.
- Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria for:
- No-code workflow builder
- Tool / connector integrations
- Memory, context, and state handling
- Governance, security, and auditability
- Chat-based UX and multi-role experiences
- Balance short-term delivery with long-term platform scalability.
GenAI & Agentic Capabilities Definition
- Define features around:
- Multi-agent workflows and orchestration
- LLM routing and fallback strategies
- Tool/function calling and non-LLM execution
- Context management, vector search, and memory
- Human-in-the-loop and approval workflows
- Observability, monitoring, and cost controls
- Work closely with AI architects to ensure responsible, secure, and scalable AI design.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
- Act as the voice of the customer while collaborating with:
- Engineering & AI teams
- UX/UI designers
- Security & compliance teams
- Sales and customer success
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release readiness.
- Support demos, POCs, and customer feedback loops.
Required Skills & Experience
Product & Domain Expertise
- 6–10+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in enterprise software or platforms.
- Strong experience building workflow platforms, automation tools, or SaaS products.
- Proven ability to define platform-level features, not just point solutions.
GenAI & AI Platform Knowledge
- Solid understanding of:
- LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Agentic AI concepts (planners, executors, tools, memory)
- Prompt engineering and orchestration patterns
- RAG, embeddings, vector databases
- Familiarity with at least one of the frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI is a strong plus.
- Awareness of AI governance, data privacy, security, and cost management.
No-Code / Low-Code & UX
- Experience designing or owning no-code / low-code platforms.
- Strong appreciation for business-user usability and abstraction of complexity.
- Ability to think in terms of configurable building blocks rather than custom solutions.
Analytical & Communication Skills
- Strong analytical mindset to evaluate trade-offs and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with ambiguous problem statements and evolving requirements.
