Role & responsibilities Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their unique business needs and technological challenges. - Serve as the main technical point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance on IT infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions. - Collaborate with sales, account managers, and other teams to identify opportunities for new services or improvements for existing clients. - Ensure client satisfaction by delivering top-notch, secure IT solutions tailored to meet their business requirements. 2. Cybersecurity & Risk Management: - Identify and mitigate potential risks, vulnerabilities, and threats in client environments, driving continuous improvement in security measures. - Implement and manage incident response and disaster recovery plans to ensure the clients business continuity in case of a security breach or failure. 3. Project & Technical Delivery Management: - Oversee and ensure the timely delivery of complex IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects for enterprise clients. - Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial scoping and design to implementation and post-deployment support. - Ensure alignment with client expectations and business objectives, while managing budgets, timelines, and resources. 4. Enterprise IT Infrastructure Management: - Lead the development and maintenance of high-availability, scalable, and secure IT infrastructures for enterprise clients, including network architecture, data centers, cloud environments, and virtualization. - Provide expertise in hybrid IT environments (on-premises, cloud, and edge) and ensure optimal performance, uptime, and cost efficiency. 5. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership: - Work closely with internal stakeholders (sales, product, customer success) to align client solutions with business goals and requirements. - Coordinate with other technical teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure and cybersecurity systems. - Drive innovation by researching and introducing new technologies that improve service delivery, security, and client satisfaction. 6. Continuous Improvement & Innovation: - Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity, ensuring that clients benefit from the most innovative and effective solutions. - Advocate for and implement automation, AI, and other advanced technologies to improve infrastructure management and security operations. Requirements Qualifications: Education: - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field. Experience: - Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure, Cloud Infra and cybersecurity roles, with at least 7 years in a leadership or client-facing role managing enterprise clients. - Proven experience managing large-scale, complex IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects for enterprise organizations. - In-depth understanding of enterprise IT environments, including cloud, on-premises, hybrid solutions, networking, server management, and storage systems. - Extensive experience in managing client relationships, delivering high-quality service, and resolving complex technical issues. - Hands-on experience with enterprise cybersecurity tools and frameworks (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, vulnerability management, threat intelligence). -Certifications : - Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar are preferred. Technical Skills: - Strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), virtualization, networking, and storage. - Deep expertise in cybersecurity technologies and best practices for threat management, vulnerability assessment, incident response, and data protection. - Familiarity with IT compliance and regulatory frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, NIST, ISO 27001). Soft Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives. - Strong leadership and team management capabilities. - Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. - Client-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple enterprise accounts and ensure their satisfaction. - Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing business and technology needs.
