About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to drive the development and evolution of our global investment platforms. This role is critical in expanding our innovative offerings, ensuring a seamless and compliant experience for Indian investors accessing international markets and digital assets. You will be instrumental in defining product strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering solutions that democratize global investment access while adhering to stringent regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product roadmap for our investment platforms, focusing on global digital assets and cross-border financial services.
• Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation and research to launch, iteration, and post-launch analysis.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, compliance, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback sessions to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
• Ensure all product features and functionalities comply with Indian and international financial regulations.
• Simplify complex financial concepts and product features for our target audience of Indian investors.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, investment platforms, or international financial services.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing financial products, particularly in investment or wealth management.
• Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with product management tools.
• Background in global investments, cross-border financial services, or currency markets strongly preferred.
• Understanding of Indian financial regulations (RBI, SEBI, FEMA) and international investment compliance.
• Economics background with understanding of macroeconomic principles, currency markets, and international finance strongly preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and market analysis tools.
• Understanding of software development processes and API integrations for financial data.
• Experience with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma, etc.).
• Knowledge of international market data feeds, currency conversion systems, and portfolio management tools.
• Familiarity with Indian and international financial regulations, tax implications, and compliance requirements.
• Understanding of investment platforms, order management systems, and custodial services.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or advanced degree in Business, Technology, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Economics degree (Bachelor's or Master's) with focus on international finance, currency markets, or emerging market economics.
• Experience with global investment platforms, international brokerage, or cross-border financial services.
• Knowledge of robo-advisory platforms, portfolio management systems, or algorithmic trading.
• Previous experience in a high-growth startup environment, particularly in Indian fintech.
• Understanding of US markets, international ETFs, and global asset allocation strategies.
• Experience with regulatory compliance in multiple jurisdictions (India, US, other international markets).
• Background in currency hedging, international taxation, or wealth management.
• Previous work with Indian retail investors or understanding of Indian investment behavior.
