Product Designer

Roles & Responsibilities

Design Meaningful Product Experiences

• Translate business and product requirements into intuitive, elegant, and scalable design solutions across web and mobile platforms.
• Own the full UX process—from research, problem definition, and user flows to wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs.

User Research & Feedback-driven Design

• Conduct user interviews, usability audits, persona development, and competitive analysis.
• Convert client and customer feedback into actionable UX improvements and design iterations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Manager, Engineers, and Customer Success to deliver user-centric features.
• Maintain clear communication and alignment throughout the design lifecycle.

Design Systems Ownership

• Create, maintain, and evolve reusable components, patterns, and guidelines for a consistent design system.

Branding & Visual Identity

• Develop illustrations, icons, and brand assets to elevate the product’s visual identity.
• Support marketing efforts by designing social media creatives, campaign visuals, and other promotional materials when needed.

Marketing & Content Design Support

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually compelling graphics, product explainers, and content for social media, landing pages, and newsletters.

Stay Current & Innovative

• Keep up with the latest trends in UX, UI, HCI, behavioural design, and emerging AI-powered tools.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or similar roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating structured UX thinking, polished UI, and measurable impact.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma (variants, auto layout, components).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools for visual and marketing design.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG), responsive design, and modern UX principles.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

• Experience working on B2B SaaS or enterprise products.
• Exposure to HCI, systems thinking, or behavioural design.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JS to streamline design-to-development workflows.
• Experience designing AI-enabled features or intelligent interfaces.
