Role Overview

As the Product Consultant Team Lead, you will spearhead a team dedicated to ensuring our customers seamlessly integrate Aerchain's product into their procurement processes, rapidly realizing maximum value. Your leadership will be pivotal in crafting success stories, fostering strong client relationships, and providing strategic insights to drive both customer and company growth.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

• Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Product Value Consultants.
• Set clear performance objectives, conduct regular evaluations, and facilitate professional growth opportunities.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture aligned with Aerchain's values.

Strategic Customer Onboarding & Success

• Oversee the analysis of clients' current procurement processes to identify challenges and opportunities.
• Guide the design and implementation of optimized "to-be" processes utilizing Aerchain's product suite.
• Ensure the team effectively tracks and maximizes product adoption and success metrics.
• Lead the presentation of success outcomes to client leadership and stakeholders, highlighting achieved value.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as the primary liaison between the Product Consultants team and other departments, including Product Development, Sales, and Marketing.
• Provide strategic input to the product roadmap based on client feedback and industry trends.
• Coordinate with Sales to identify and pursue upsell opportunities, contributing to revenue growth.

Client Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor.
• Ensure clients are informed about new features and facilitate their seamless integration into existing workflows.
• Champion clients' needs within Aerchain, advocating for features that enhance their experience and success.

Operational Excellence

• Standardize and scale customer success processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across the team.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, using data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Continuously refine onboarding and adoption strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• 8–12 years of proven experience in consulting, product management, or customer success roles with experience in handling Indian & US clients.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management and strategic planning.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client challenges.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executive stakeholders.
• Strong product-thinking mindset, capable of aligning solutions with customer needs and providing actionable feedback to product teams.
• Sales acumen, with experience in identifying growth opportunities and driving client engagement.
• Willingness to travel as required to engage with clients and support team activities.
• Candidates with a background from reputed engineering and MBA institutions are preferred.
