Job Description

As a Product Consultant Team Lead at Aerchain, your role will involve spearheading a team focused on seamlessly integrating Aerchain's product into customers" procurement processes to maximize value. Your leadership will be crucial in nurturing strong client relationships, crafting success stories, and providing strategic insights for customer and company growth. Key Responsibilities: - Team Leadership & Development - Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Product Value Consultants. - Set clear performance objectives, conduct regular evaluations, and provide growth opportunities. - Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture in line with Aerchain's values. - Strategic Customer Onboarding & Success - Analyze clients" procurement processes to identify challenges and opportunities. - Design and implement optimized processes using Aerchain's product suite. - Ensure effective tracking and maximization of product adoption and success metrics. - Present success outcomes to client leadership, showcasing achieved value. - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Act as the primary liaison between the Product Consultants team and other departments. - Provide input to the product roadmap based on client feedback and industry trends. - Collaborate with Sales to identify and pursue upsell opportunities for revenue growth. - Client Relationship Management - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders. - Keep clients informed about new features and facilitate their integration into workflows. - Advocate for clients" needs within Aerchain, influencing product enhancements. - Operational Excellence - Standardize and scale customer success processes for consistency and efficiency. - Monitor key performance indicators and use data-driven insights for strategic decisions. - Refine onboarding and adoption strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Preferred Qualifications & Skills: - 8-12 years of experience in consulting, product management, or customer success roles, with exposure to Indian & US clients. - Demonstrated leadership skills, including team management and strategic planning. - Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to client challenges. - Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with executive stakeholders. - Sales acumen and experience in driving client engagement and identifying growth opportunities. - Willingness to travel as needed to engage with clients and support team activities. - Background from reputed engineering and MBA institutions preferred.
