• Build joint GTM playbooks and campaigns with ISVs, SIs, and channel partners
• Build a partnership program for different market segments
• Run training kits, and onboarding kits: messaging, sales decks, personas, positioning guides, pitch enablement, etc
• Build relationships with analysts
• Maintain analyst & partner pipeline dashboards with RevOps
• Identify and prioritize partners by type (tech, channel, SIs) based on ICP overlap, market access, and influence potential.
• Define tiers (gold/silver/etc.), co-marketing benefits, referral programs, training workshops, incentives, and lead-sharing structure.
