About ISIEINDIA

ISIEINDIA is a leading skill development organization focused on EV and sustainable mobility. We partner with academic institutions to establish specialized centers and provide hands-on training. Our work includes R&D test benches and EV workbench development, bridging academia and industry to prepare a future-ready workforce.

 

Role Overview

EV workbench design, testing, manufacturing, reverse engineering, and integration

 

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and milestones in alignment with ISIEINDIA’s EV roadmap.
  • Prepare schedules,

    allocate resources, and monitor progress

    to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
  • Coordinate

    design, manufacturing, reverse engineering, and testing of EV workbenches

    and subsystems.

• Innovation & Development

  • Lead design, development, reverse engineering, and validation of battery packs, BMS, motors, controllers, chargers, and other

    EV components

    .
  • Drive embedded systems and

    VCU

    software integration for product readiness.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (

    RCA

    ) for test failures and implement corrective/preventive measures.

• Monitoring & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate

    documentation

    (production reports, design approvals, dispatch records).
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations, labor compliance, and industry standards.
  • Track

    performance metrics

    and prepare outcome-based monthly reports.

• Operational Support

  • Oversee waste management and resource optimization, ensuring quarterly scrap disposal cycles.
  • Represent ISIEINDIA in

    industry networking

    events and support technical skill upgradation initiatives.

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, EV R&D, manufacturing, or reverse engineering.


Technical Expertise:

  • Strong in Electrical systems, Embedded Electronics, and Networking.
  • Experience with VCU software integration and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of powertrain design, testing, and reverse engineering methods.


Other Skills:

  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and deliver results.
