Role Overview

MS Excel

The role involves analyzing product and sales performance, monitoring returns, and providing actionable insights to support buying and merchandising decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed

  product, sales, and returns analysis

  to identify performance trends and improvement areas.
• Track and present

  weekly sales performance

  across categories, highlighting key insights for management.
• Collaborate with the buying and merchandising teams to assess product performance, profitability, and consumer demand.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and models in

  Excel (pivot tables, lookups, charts, macros, etc.)

  .
• Support decision-making by identifying high-performing categories, products with high returns, and gaps in assortment.
• Prepare clear and concise

  weekly presentations

  for management on category performance, sales trends, and return analysis.
• Assist in forecasting, inventory planning, and margin optimization activities.

Requirements

• Any Bachelor’s degree
• Proven experience (2–4 years) in

  retail buying, merchandising, or product analysis

  .
• Advanced proficiency in

  MS Excel

  (data cleaning, pivot tables, formulas, dashboards).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work with large datasets and present insights in a clear, structured manner.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
