Product Analyst?

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Analyst who will play a key role in helping us make data-driven product decisions. You’ll run experiments in GrowthBook, measure the success and failure of features, and work with a team of data analysts to deliver insights that guide business and product strategy.

What You’ll Do

Run Experiments

• Set up, monitor, and analyse A/B tests and rollouts using GrowthBook.
• Ensure tests are designed correctly with clear success metrics and guardrails.
• Experience with feature flagging and experimentation workflows.

Measure Product Success

• Define and track feature success metrics (adoption, activation, retention, engagement, monetization).
• Analyse post-launch performance to determine if a feature met its goals.
• Set up product analytics tools and dashboard to measure product KPIs

Reporting, Analytics & Dashboards

• Build and maintain reporting pipelines to deliver Funder reports (impact, reach, accountability), internal analytics (usage, trends), Operations dashboards (real-time decision support).
• Design and implement self-service data models in BI tools (Looker Studio or similar).
• Translate business and M&E requirements into data transformations, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Ensure all reports are accurate, consistent, and refresh reliably

Data Modelling & Transformation

• Develop reusable data models and marts from raw data sources.
• Apply best practices in SQL or equivalent frameworks for transformations.
• Standardize metric definitions and calculations across all reporting layers.

Enable the Team

• Product Team - Build dashboards and reports in Looker to make product metrics accessible.
• Operations team - Work with Data analyst to make operational dashboard effective and useful for the operations team.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in product/growth analytics at a SaaS, consumer tech, or e-commerce company.
• Strong SQL skills, with ability to query and analyse large datasets.
• Comfort with Python for deeper analysis or statistical validation.
• Hands-on experience running experiments in GrowthBook (or similar platforms like Optimizely, Amplitude Experiment, Google Optimize).
• Strong understanding of A/B testing fundamentals: control/treatment setup, significance testing, guardrail metrics.
• Exposure to product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, Heap, etc.).
• Clear communicator who can explain data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
