Product Analyst

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Product Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across product, business, and operations teams. In this role, you will analyze user behavior, monitor product performance, generate insights, and contribute directly to product roadmaps, feature optimization, and overall business growth.
Location: Sector 67, Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to define metrics, build dashboards, and monitor product performance.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis of large datasets to identify trends, user behavior patterns, growth gaps, and improvement areas.
• Perform competitive benchmarking and industry research to support product strategy and prioritization.
• Generate data-backed insights to influence feature enhancements, experiments, and product decisions.
• Measure post-launch impact of new features — adoption, engagement, retention, ROI.
• Collaborate with Data, Engineering, Business, and Operations teams to design and evaluate A/B tests, cohorts, funnels, and other experiments.
• Create clear reports, visualizations, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Support the entire product lifecycle by providing relevant data inputs during research, ideation, launch, and optimization.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Analyst.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and ability to work with large datasets.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication skills — ability to convert data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Passion for product, user behavior, and data-driven decision-making.
• Prior experience or internship in product analytics, business analysis, consulting, or growth teams.
• Familiarity with experimentation techniques (A/B testing, funnels, cohorts, retention metrics).
• Understanding of product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
• Knowledge of Python or R is a plus (not mandatory).
• Exposure to consumer tech, mobility, travel, or marketplace environments is preferred.

Working Days: 6 days

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
