With our growing network of trusted partners in India, we can also help our customers access new markets in India and beyond.

Position Overview

AMDG Collective LLP is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Specialist to manage sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management across our diverse portfolio of brands. With a strong focus on exports to the United States, along with other markets. This onsite role in Porvorim requires close coordination with vendors, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant procurement.

You will be responsible for negotiating with suppliers, building strong vendor relationships, and ensuring timely procurement of goods and services to support business operations. Additionally, occasional travel to vendor and manufacturer locations may be required as well. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management

  • Identify, evaluate/vet, and onboard reliable suppliers and vendors across categories.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships based on trust, transparency, and mutual growth.
  • Coordinate with AMDG Executive Director in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize value while upholding quality standards.

Procurement Operations

  • Manage purchase orders, requisitions, and procurement records with accuracy.
  • Ensure timely availability of materials, products, and services to support business needs.
  • Track inventory and coordinate with internal teams to align procurement with operational requirements.
  • Provide open and prompt communication between vendors, buyers, freight forwarders and other involved parties.

Cost & Quality Control

  • Monitor supplier performance and compliance with company standards.
  • Analyze costs and identify opportunities for savings without compromising quality.
  • Continuously review and refine procurement processes to improve efficiency.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure all procurement activities align with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for audits and reporting.
  • Generate regular procurement reports with insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management.
  • Excellent communication skills - oral and written, English required, Basic Hindi at a minimum
  • Strong negotiation, contract management, and cost analysis skills.
  • Proficiency with procurement software and other business software (Excel, Word, Google Suite, Canva).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment with shifting priorities.
  • Prior experience in multi-industry or multi-brand procurement is a strong plus.

Compensation

  • Will be discussed based on experience
  • Base Salary + Performance based incentive

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Goa, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Procurement: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Purchasing: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Vendor management: 1 year (Preferred)
