About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Digital Marketing & Paid Media Specialist to drive growth across 3-4 of our distinct brands. This role is for a true marketing athlete—someone who is both a creative force and a technical expert. You will be responsible for the entire paid media lifecycle, from crafting compelling ad creatives and managing social media platforms to meticulously optimizing ad spend across Google and various social channels.

The ideal candidate is a tenacious, detail-oriented professional who excels at managing multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities:

-Multi-Brand Social Media Management:

-Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive social media strategies for 3-4 unique brands, ensuring a distinct voice and strategy for each (utilizing existing branding guides and assets where applicable).

-Create and maintain content calendars, schedule posts, and manage day-to-day community engagement to foster brand loyalty and growth.

-Able to take direction, critical feedback and then move projects forward to accomplish goals.

Ad Creative & Content Development:

-Conceptualize, design, and produce engaging ad creatives (images, videos, carousels, copy) tailored for different platforms and campaign objectives.

-Independently produce ad creatives using tools lilke Canva and the Adobe Suite, while also effectively collaborating with internal teams and external designers, or customers represented.

- A/B test creatives and copy relentlessly to identify top-performing assets.

Paid Media Campaign Management:

- Build, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and other relevant channels.

- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and bid management to maximize ROI.

- Monitor campaign performance, manage ad spend, and continually optimize budgets and strategies to meet and exceed key performance targets (eg. ROAS, CPA) across all brands.

Performance & Analytics:

- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.

- Generate regular, easy-to-understand reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations for future strategies.

Qualifications:

- 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and paid social media campaigns (Instagram, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.).

- Proven experience successfully managing marketing efforts for multiple brands or clients at once.

- Demonstrable experience in creating ad copy and concepts for digital campaigns.

- Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.

- Proficient in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-native analytics).

- Experience with creative software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a strong plus.

- Able to work well with Team Collaboration tools, eg. Monday experience is a bonus!

Compensation

  • Will be discussed based on experience
  • Base Salary + Performance based incentive

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Goa, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
