Procurement Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to manage our company’s sourcing activities. You will be responsible for researching suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effective procurement of quality materials and services. IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company objectives.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and quality.
• Manage vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance.
• Process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast procurement needs.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply chain issues.
• Analyze market trends and suggest cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in [industry-specific] procurement.
• Knowledge of international sourcing and import/export regulations.
• Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is a plus.
