We are now looking for a new Procurement Specialist to join our team in Sipoo. In this role, you will work actively with suppliers, internal stakeholders and other procurement professionals to ensure that Arla Foods' sourcing operations support business objectives, develop processes and generate savings and added value.In the role, you will be able to develop practices, processes and operating methods and work on the local procurement strategy together with business experts. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Manage and develop procurement activities, ensuring alignment with business needs
• Participate in local sourcing projects and foster strong cooperation with suppliers
• Own selected supplier relationships, work closely with category managers, and negotiate, evaluate, and contract suppliers
• Prepare and implement procurement strategies together with stakeholders
• Conduct market research, monitor procurement performance, and report on results and improvement measures
• Promote compliance with procurement processes, ensure use of contracts, and act as the first point of contact for implementing Arla's best practices
  

What Will Make You Successful

This role requires a university degree in a relevant area. You are analytical, collaborative, and able to see the big picture. Success in the role also requires fluent English and strong digital skills.

• 3-5 years relevant work experience of which 1-3 in procurement
• Strong negotiation and collaboration skills with a proactive, development-oriented mindset
• High proficiency in procurement tools (SAP or other ERP systems)
• Desire to build long-term supplier relationships and drive process improvements
  

More Information About The Position

Your manager is the Supply Chain Director. Working hours are 37.5 hours per week (flexible working hours). The work is carried out at our office in Sipoo and if the work situation allows, partial remote work is possible.The pay grade of the position is 4800-5300€/month and it depends on your experience.
