Procurement Manager

Negotiation: Negotiate purchase/lease terms with landowners, brokers, and agents to secure favorable prices and conditions. Due Diligence: Perform title searches, verify legal ownership, check for encumbrances, and assess environmental risks. Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Manage permits, licenses, land use changes (like conversion, NOCs), and ensure adherence to local laws and company policies. Liaison & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with government officials, revenue departments, landowners, and internal departments (legal, finance, development). Documentation: Maintain accurate records, agreements, and reports; oversee the perfection of land titles and registration. Strategy & Reporting: Develop acquisition strategies, prepare proposals for management, and monitor market trends.  Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Law, or related fields. Experience: Proven background in land acquisition, real estate development, or procurement. Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, market research, and problem-solving abilities.
