Procurement Manager & Logistics Coordinator – Solar Manufacturing (m/f/d)

Full-time Position | Mumbai Metropolitan Region (Production Facility)

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Procurement Manager & Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on managing supplier relationships, optimizing purchasing strategies, and ensuring smooth logistical operations from end to end.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to support company goals.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure quality materials and services at competitive prices.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, contracts, and vendor performance data.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics, including shipping schedules and transportation arrangements.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods while optimizing costs and minimizing delays.
• Collaborate with internal departments to forecast needs and manage inventory levels.
• Resolve supply chain issues, discrepancies, and delivery challenges efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, industry standards, and relevant regulations.
• Coordinate international shipments, including freight planning, customs documentation, and clearance processes.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management with strong engineering background or related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, logistics, and supply chain management.
• Ability to read and understand technical engineering drawings.
• Experience in using CAD software, preferably SolidWorks.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) software.
• Strong understanding of industry regulations and quality control standards.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
