· Manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and services as per company requirements
· Evaluate vendor quotations and negotiate terms to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality
· Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods/services
· Maintain accurate purchase records, vendor databases, and price lists
· Coordinate with internal departments to forecast purchasing needs
· Monitor stock levels and collaborate with inventory and warehouse teams
· Resolve supply, quality, or invoice discrepancies with vendors
· Ensure adherence to procurement policies, compliance standards, and quality expectations
· Support in vendor development and periodic performance evaluations
Prepare reports related to purchase activities, cost savings, and supplier performance.
· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field
· 3–5 years of experience in procurement or purchase-related roles.
· Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
· Good knowledge of procurement processes and documentation
· Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
· Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles
