Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Operations Officer to manage returns and reconciliation processes across multiple B2B e-commerce platforms . The role will involve close coordination with internal teams, external partners, and platforms to ensure timely processing of returns and accurate financial reconciliation. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end return management on B2B e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Business, Flipkart Wholesale, Udaan, etc.). Track, verify, and resolve return requests, disputes, and claims from B2B partners. Perform daily reconciliation of returned goods, payments, and platform transactions.
