Biomedical Engineer

Job Description

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering Experience Required: 3 - 10+ years of experience in large multi-specialty hospitals Key Responsibilities: Install, adjust, maintain, and repair biomedical equipment.Provide technical support for clinical and biomedical devices.Train clinical personnel in the proper and safe use of medical equipment.Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to biomedical equipment and services.Support senior biomedical engineers and the Head of Department (HOD) in daily operations.Record and update all equipment data into the system/application.Create and manage incident reports upon user calls.Track and monitor incidents through to resolution. Skills Required: Strong knowledge of technical functions and troubleshooting of medical equipmentUnderstanding of configuration parameters and system calibrationGood communication skills for interaction with clinical staff and team membersProficiency in maintaining clear and organized documentation
