A Hospital Biomedical Engineer's JD involves ensuring medical equipment safety and functionality through installation, maintenance, calibration, and repair, training staff on devices, managing equipment inventory, ensuring regulatory compliance (like FDA/ISO), and collaborating with clinicians to identify needs and improve technologies, bridging the gap between engineering and patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Management: Install, test, calibrate, maintain (preventative & corrective), and repair a wide range of biomedical devices (e.g., imaging systems, patient monitors, ventilators).
• Staff Training: Educate doctors, nurses, and technicians on proper equipment usage, care, and safety procedures.
• Safety & Compliance: Conduct safety audits, ensure adherence to hospital policies and national/international standards (e.g., FDA, ISO), and manage risk classifications.
• Procurement & Integration: Assist in selecting, evaluating, and integrating new technologies, managing inventory, and liaising with vendors for service contracts.
• Innovation: Work with clinical teams to troubleshoot issues, develop custom solutions, and research improvements for existing devices or new technologies.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repairs, installations, and training sessions for regulatory and quality purposes.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
