Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely training for new hires and address internal staff's performance challenges.
• Be accountable for the proper functioning of SME and TMM programs, managing L0 Training.
• Train on internal recruitment software and deliver Corporate Training when required.
• Develop, upgrade, and coordinate training modules, ensuring proper corporate behaviour on the floor.
• Play a pivotal role in promoting team spirit and identifying learning gaps with Ops Head.
• Monitor call quality, maintain training reports, and update training records for ISO compliance.
• Keep a check on the conversion ratio of developed skills and post-training performance metrics.

Essential Functions:

Qualifications, Experience & Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any other stream.
• Proven experience in Trainer roles, with at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Good English verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team orientation and people management
• Organisational development skills
