Process Trainer

Trainer Jds Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement effective training programs for the sales team. Conduct onboarding training for new hires related to company policies and systems. Conduct new hire orientation and product knowledge sessions. Train team members on sales techniques, negotiation, and closing skills. Regularly evaluate sales training effectiveness and update programs as needed. Monitor sales performance to identify training needs and skill gaps. Collaborate with the Sales Head to align training programs with business objectives. Maintain training records and provide reports on progress and outcomes. Provide coaching and one-on-one support to underperforming team members. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to improve training content. Design and deliver training modules for company processes and SOPs.. Work closely with Operations and Quality teams to understand process updates and translate them into effective training materials. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements. Conduct refresher sessions to address recurring issues or gaps. Monitor team performance to identify training needs and skill gaps. Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards. Provide coaching and mentoring to employees as needed. Key Skills Required:Strong communication and presentation skills. In-depth knowledge of sales processes and techniques. Ability to motivate and inspire a team. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in creating training content and modules. Strong understanding of business processes and operational workflows. Proficiency with MS Office and other training tools.
