Process Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct

  process and product training

  for new hires and tenured employees.
• Deliver

  New Hire Training (NHT), Refresher Training, and Upskilling programs

  .
• Design, update, and maintain

  training content, modules, and assessments

  as per business needs.
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to identify

  training gaps

  and recommend learning interventions.
• Provide

  floor support, coaching, and feedback

  to agents post-training.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, call monitoring, and performance analysis.
  
• Ensure adherence to

  training timelines, processes, and quality standards

  .
• Prepare and maintain training MIS/reports, highlighting progress and outcomes.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
  

• 24 years of experience

  as a Process Trainer in the

  BPO/Contact Center industry

  (voice, chat, or blended process).
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal abilities.
  
• Knowledge of

  adult learning principles

  and training methodologies.
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  
• Ability to work in a

  fast-paced, target-driven environment

  .
