Roles and Responsibility

  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with training software and technologies, including authoring tools and e-learning platforms.
