Roles and Responsibility

Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with training software and technologies, including authoring tools and e-learning platforms.
