Process Trainer

We are looking for a skilled Process Trainer to join our team in the BPO/Call Centre industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent training skills and experience in process training, with 2-5 years of experience.

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee performance.
• Conduct regular training sessions to ensure employees stay updated on new processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive training materials.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback to improve future programs.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages employee growth and development.

• Proven experience as a Process Trainer or similar role in a BPO/Call Centre setting.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in creating engaging and interactive training content using various tools and technologies.
• Experience working with international clients or teams is an added advantage.
