The International Telecom Sales Trainer is responsible for turning new recruits and existing agents into high-performing global sales professionals. You will bridge the gap between technical telecom knowledge and persuasive sales techniques. Your goal is to maximize conversion rates and revenue across international markets by training teams on how to sell complex telecom solutions while navigating diverse cultural buying behaviors.

• Training Delivery: Execute New Hire Training (NHT) and Product/Process updates for international batches, ensuring 100% certification rates.

• Content Localization: Adapt global training materials to suit local learning styles while ensuring all content meets the specific regulatory and procedural requirements of the target market.

• Performance Consulting: Identify performance gaps through call monitoring and data analysis; design and deliver targeted "Bridge Training" or "Refresher" modules to improve KPIs like CSAT, AHT, and FCR.

• Cultural & Language Coaching: Provide "Culture & Sensitivity" training to help agents build rapport with customers from different geographical backgrounds (e.g., US, UK, Australia).

• Throughput & Retention: Manage the "NESTING" phase (transition from training to live production), providing real-time floor support and feedback to minimize early-stage attrition.

Preferred candidate profile:-

• Experience: 1 year in a training role within an International BPO.

• Domain Expertise: Proven experience in managing complex international processes (e.g. Outbound sales / inboud sales , customer retention).

• Communication: Exceptional command of the English language (both written and verbal) with a focus on neutral accent and professional business etiquette.

• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office (PowerPoint/Excel) and virtual training tools (Zoom, MS Teams, Moodle).

• Flexibility: Ability to work in 24/7 rotational shifts to align with global client time zones (UK shifts).
