Process Manager – Employee Transport
to oversee and manage the daily operations of employee transportation. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective transport services while maintaining high levels of employee satisfaction and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of employee transport services across all shifts.
- Coordinate with transport vendors to ensure availability, punctuality, and compliance with SLAs.
- Monitor GPS tracking systems and ensure route optimization and vehicle safety.
- Handle rostering, route planning, and scheduling based on employee shifts and headcount.
- Address and resolve transport-related grievances and incidents promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory regulations (RTO, labor laws, etc.).
- Maintain accurate MIS reports, trip sheets, and billing records.
- Conduct regular audits of vendor performance, vehicle condition, and driver behavior.
- Collaborate with HR, Admin, and Security teams for smooth transport operations.
- Support in budgeting, cost control, and process improvement initiatives.

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- 6+ years of experience in employee transport management or facility operations.
- Experience in managing large-scale transport operations and vendor relationships.
