Role Description The Process Manager will oversee and optimize chemical production processes at the Visakhapatnam manufacturing facility . This is a full-time, on-site role requiring active collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Key responsibilities include monitoring production, identifying areas for process improvement, implementing innovative solutions, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The Process Manager will also prepare reports, train team members, and coordinate with management to achieve production goals. Qualifications Strong expertise in Process Optimization, Chemical Manufacturing, and Operational Efficiency. Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance, Safety Standards, and Environmental Management. Experience with Team Leadership, Workforce Training, and Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams. Technical proficiency in Data Analysis, Production Planning, and Process Improvement Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering . Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving and communication skills to propose and implement solutions effectively.
