Principal Product Manager

• 
  Independently drive a multi-quarter product roadmap.
• Engage directly with customers, prospects, and our GTM teams to collect feedback, understand priorities, and define what needs to be built to deliver on both business growth and customer needs.
• Partner with our Engineering and Design teams to ensure we deliver on the product roadmap
• Partner with GTM teams to ensure feature adoption and measurable customer value.
• Contribute to overall innovation strategy by identifying gaps and whitespace in enterprise offerings.

• 8 -12 years of product management experience, with 3+ years focused on enterprise SaaS products.

• Proven success in owning and scaling complex enterprise roadmaps.
• Comfortable working directly with enterprise customers, partners, and C-level stakeholders, gathering insights and translating them into actionable product solutions.

• Experience in PLG environments, with a nuanced approach to segment-specific product strategies

Product Thinking & Problem-Solving

• A first-principles approach to solving complex, multi-stakeholder problems

• Skilled in balancing immediate needs with long-term vision, and making trade-offs based on user value, tech feasibility, and business impact.

Customer-Centric Execution

• Conduct deep discovery with enterprise users, including Marketing, IT, Supply Chain, and business teams.

• Translate nuanced pain points into scalable features, driving post-launch adoption and engagement across customer cohorts.

Stakeholder Management and Leadership

• Influences cross-functional teams and leadership with clearly articulating priorities and business value.

• Align all functions on a shared roadmap for enterprise success.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Use data and analytics to track feature performance, understand customer impact, and improve adoption and retention.

UX and Design Sensibility
