Responsibilities
We are looking for a results-driven Principal Product Manager to to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of the Zscaler Private Access product line. Reporting to the Director, Product Management. You will be responsible for:
- Driving the product roadmap for ZPA capabilities, aligning with company goals and customer needs for secure remote access, identity, and security use cases
- Optimizing the ZPA admin experience by delivering actionable insights and simplified management for administrators
- Managing product requirements and the full lifecycle, ensuring customer satisfaction from ideation to end-of-life
- Collaborating across teams to solve challenges and successfully deliver products to market
- Engaging with customers to gather feedback, identify opportunities, analyze competitors, and stay updated on trends in zero trust application access
What We're Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)
- 7-10 years in product management, with a strong focus on secure access or cybersecurity
- Solid understanding of policy and network security technologies (e.g., VPN, ZTNA, Public Cloud, Networking, Authentication, and Identity)
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results
- Demonstrated skills in engaging with customers and translating their needs into product requirements
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in using data analysis and UX optimization to enhance the ZPA admin experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex topics clearly and persuasively
