About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Pre-Sales/ Business Development Specialist to expand our client base and drive B2B sales through strategic prospecting and relationship building. This role is field-oriented, requiring the candidate to spend most of their time meeting potential clients, utilizing existing client databases, and identifying new business opportunities. What Youll Do Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect new clients through market research, networking, and leveraging the existing client database. Conduct B2B meetings to present company services, address client needs, and acquire new business. Discover and implement innovative ways to generat hot and relevant leads. Generate qualified leads and ensure their smooth progression through the sales funnel. Actively participate in exhibitions, conferences, and networking events to build relationships and enhance visibility. 2. Partnership Development: Identify and pursue partnership opportunities to complement business objectives. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to foster long-term collaboration. Provide creative and strategic solutions to expand partnerships and business opportunities. 3. Sales Planning & Strategy: Create and execute a structured sales plan to achieve business goals across target industries. Regularly update the sales pipeline, track progress, and report results to leadership. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor proposals and solutions to meet client requirements. 5. Market Insights & Reporting: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competition, and client needs. Provide detailed reports on sales activities, lead status, and market insights to inform decision-making. What We Need: Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably in a service-based industry. Prior experience in digital marketing or related fields is an advantage. Skills & Attributes: Strong communication skills: Verbal, written, and presentation capabilities. Sales expertise: Proven ability to prospect, nurture leads, and close deals. Relationship-building skills: Ability to establish trust and credibility with clients and partners. Analytical mindset: Adept at market research and data-driven decision-making. Proactive and goal-oriented: Persistent with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Technical proficiency: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Sheets and CRM tools. Personal Qualities: Self-motivated and action-oriented with the ability to work independently. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with a collaborative mindset. Comfortable with frequent travel (50% or more) to meet clients and attend industry events. Why Join Us?
