• Partner with the Sales team to understand corporate/industry client requirements and propose customized skilling & certification solutions.
• Conduct solution presentations, product demos, and webinars for HR, L&D, and CSR leaders.
• Collaborate with industry partners in co-creating programs aligned to specific workforce needs (e.g., welding in manufacturing, management upskilling in IT/ITES, wellness programs in service industries).
• Provide consultative support to companies on how integrated skilling models can reduce attrition, improve retention, and enhance employee productivity.
• Draft detailed proposals, including program design, technical specifications, delivery models, and commercial structures.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers in corporates, NGOs, and CSR foundations.
• Collaborate with internal product & academic teams to ensure industry-aligned solutions are feasible and scalable.
• Participate in industry conferences, HR forums, and CSR networking events to promote MSU’s IP offerings.
• Track market trends in workforce development, CSR in skilling, and future-of-work domains to advise clients effectively.
• Provide insights to internal teams based on client feedback for continuous improvement of IP vertical offerings.
• Support in creating case studies, success stories, and thought leadership materials showcasing impact on industry partners.
