Job Description

Infopace is India's First strategic Change management company that specializes in People and Strategic Transformations, Leadership, and Innovation. The company offers management services through behavioural interventions, assessment tools, and growth road map solutions in verticals like Education, Healthcare, Energy, Retailing, Automobiles, IT, ITES, etc.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Qualification:

Identifying and researching potential leads through various channels (e.g., online, referrals, marketing campaigns).

  • Initial Engagement:

Contacting prospects via phone, email, or other channels to introduce the product or service.

  • Needs Assessment & Solution Presentation:

Understanding client requirements and presenting tailored solutions that align with the product/service offerings.

  • Objection Handling:

Addressing customer concerns and objections effectively, demonstrating product value and overcoming obstacles to purchase.

  • Building Relationships:

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients to foster trust and loyalty.

  • Sales Pipeline Management:

Tracking leads, updating CRM systems, and monitoring progress throughout the sales cycle.

  • Revenue Generation:

Contributing to revenue targets by converting qualified leads into paying customers.

  • Collaboration:

Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

  • Product Knowledge:

Maintaining a strong understanding of the product or service offerings, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

  • Reporting:

Providing regular updates on lead generation, conversion rates, and sales performance.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

Ability to clearly articulate product value, build rapport, and handle objections effectively.

  • Sales & Negotiation Skills:

Proven ability to close deals, manage sales cycles, and negotiate effectively.

  • Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills:

Ability to identify customer needs, analyze challenges, and propose tailored solutions.

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Proficiency:

Experience using CRM systems to track leads and manage customer interactions.

  • Product Knowledge & Technical Aptitude:

Understanding the product or service, its features, and how it solves customer problems.

  • Time Management & Organization:

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage a pipeline, and meet deadlines.

  • Adaptability & Resilience:

Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle rejection or objections with a positive attitude.
