Pre-Sales Executive / IT Sales Executive (Hybrid – Jaipur)
Permanent Role | IT Services | Web, UX, Mobile App, Branding
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute strategic sales & business development plans to achieve company revenue targets across Website Development, UI/UX Design, Graphics/Branding, and Mobile App Development services.
Identify, generate, and qualify new leads through online platforms, networking, cold outreach, and industry channels.
Own the complete sales cycle — from lead generation, requirement gathering, proposal creation, negotiation, to closing the deal.
Conduct client meetings (virtual & physical) to understand business needs and present tailored IT service solutions.
Create, pitch, and present proposals, quotations, and service decks based on client requirements.
Collaborate closely with the design & development teams to translate client needs into clear project briefs.
Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to maximize retention and repeat business.
Provide product/service demonstrations showcasing company capabilities in Web Development, UI/UX, Branding, and Mobile Apps.
Track sales activities, maintain CRM records, follow up on leads, and create weekly/monthly reports for management.
Participate in marketing activities, campaigns, and events to increase brand visibility and inbound leads.
Basic understanding of IT processes to guide clients on timelines, pricing, and best solutions.
Requirements
Proven experience in IT Sales / Pre-Sales / Business Development in an IT agency or digital service company.
Understanding of web technologies, UI/UX process, mobile applications, and design services.
Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
Ability to manage the complete sales cycle independently.
Comfortable working in a hybrid model (Jaipur).
High energy, target-driven, and capable of closing deals.
