Pre-Sales Manager

As a Pre-Sales Manager for Linux Mail & Collaboration solutions in Navi Mumbai, your role involves providing winning solutions during the Pre-Sales process. This includes responding to formal or informal Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) from existing and potential clients. You will also handle Pre-Sales queries related to technical support opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Pre-Sales queries for technical support opportunities - Maintain relationships with partners, principles, OEMs, and ensure continuous service and value delivery to customers - Collaborate with Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Account Managers to propose transformational solutions and provide accurate responses to RFPs/RFIs - Ensure Sales Enablement, front-end solution design, and Cloud Infrastructure migration - Estimate costs for System Integration and Managed Services efforts - Stay updated on market trends and competition, and generate innovative ideas to stay relevant - Demonstrate a strong Pre-Sales orientation - Utilize technology expertise with a Delivery background, particularly in large setups of Mail Messaging and Cloud Solutions - Have a good grasp of Public/Private cloud and Infrastructure as a service (IAAS) - Be a team player and thrive in a collaborative environment Qualifications Required: - Minimum qualification of Any Graduate/Post Graduate - 5-10 years of relevant experience - Deep knowledge of Mail & Collaboration Solutions including Linux Based Mailing, MS Exchange, O365 & GSuite - Familiarity with Email Security & Email Archiving solutions - Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills - Ability to effectively communicate and persuade customers and internal teams on solution offerings For any queries, please contact us at +91 8976772985.
